Cathedral ceilings, well-stocked kitchen, full tiled bath, laundry in unit. Rent includes utilities and high speed internet. Off street parking is also included. A small deck off the dining area includes a barbecue and lovely water views. There are window boxes built if someone enjoys growing flowers. Property includes a dock with kayaks and a canoe. We are located near beautiful beaches and wonderful cycling, and hiking and walking trails. The property is available for a minimum of one month rental. Because of demand, rent increases in the summer months, but is negotiable for longer term renters.
