Comments: Charming Brooklyn apartment in NY style located on the same block as an A/C/E subway stop, 4 blocks to the G subway stop, and < 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, 15 minute walk to Brooklyn's "central park", Prospect Park. Comes with a very friendly orange cat. Absolutely no smoking.
