I'm looking for tenant to take care of my apartment in Astoria long-term while I'm away on the work assignment. It has everything you need, furniture, bedding, appliances, etc, even some great books! It's location is perfect to be able to get quickly to any location, any university whether in Manhattan or Brooklyn or Queens by bus, subway or ferry. On the weekends, you'll have the peace of staying near 3 parks and East River. If you need more life, all the great bars and restaurants are with a walkable distance. You'll enjoy staying here, I promise!

Comments: Close to many subway stations. 5 min walk from the ferry that brings you to Manhattan in 4 min. 3 beautiful parks around. Very lively area with cute cafes and restaurants right on the East River.
