Description
Light-filled, peaceful Condo slam in the middle of midtown (it is really like an oasis); walking distance to Georgia Tech, Piedmont Park and so much! The entire second floor includes king bedroom (quality bedding), en-suite, balcony and walk in closet. Ceilings are high, so each floor feels very private from the other. My 20 year old son is studying at GT and will live on the third floor and likely will be at the arch studio much of the time. I am looking for a trustworthy person or couple who would like the location to stay. I am open to responsible pet owners. And I always try to create a comfortable experience for all my guests! My son is a nice, amiable kid, just studying a lot. Not a partier - more of an artist.

Comments: Bedroom similar to an apartment suite as it encompasses the whole 2nd floor. The main floor is shared space w/ living/kitchen. Kitchen is well equipped to cook in - stocked. My son, studying arch at GT (always in the studio) occupies 3rd floor bdrm
