The house has a nice garden and is located in a quiet neighbourhood in the middle of Gehrden (15 km from Hannover City), a town of 15 K inhabitants with all kinds of schools, different sport grounds, a public swimming pool and a hospital. The small city of Gehrden is perfect for young families with children. But there is also convenient public transportation (buses every 10 minutes) to Hannover City, which takes about 45 minutes to get there. 500 m away from the house there is also a beautiful forest (Gehrdener Berg) which is perfect for hiking/biking/recreation/walking with the dog.
