Urban Oasis in Downtown Ottawa

Hello! I am looking for a professional (academic or otherwise) to rent a beautiful, modern two-bedroom ground floor apartment with a private patio and yard in downtown Ottawa. Available as early as May 1. Rent Amount: $2,500 all inclusive (utilities, Internet, use of all appliances and furnishings (all purchased new in February & March 2026 (including very high-end Douglas mattresses!)). I am still actively furnishing the place as of March 1, 2026. Both bedrooms will also have desks. I am listing the apartment below cost, in the hopes that I can find a reliable tenant for optimal peace of mind while I am on sabbatical. Smoking Policy: Only non-smokers may inquire. Pets: It may be possible to have a pet with a larger security deposit. All the furniture and bedding are new. Parking: Street permit parking can be purchased from the city, but there is no parking on site. That said, for loading/unloading purposes, it is possible to drive close to the front door of the unit via a paved driveway that runs alongside the building! There is also the option to rent a private parking spot that I am currently renting for $230/month about a 15-minute walk away, as I will not be using it while on sabbatical.
