This family apartment is located in Mont-Boron, one of Nice's most sought-after residential neighborhoods for its tranquility, remarkable views of the city and sea, and Belle Epoque villas nestled on the surrounding hills. Located in a secure luxury residence on the 2nd floor with no neighbors opposite, the apartment has a terrace that wraps around the apartment and offers a unique view of the city (and a slightly more restricted view of the sea). Trails for walking and running in the Mont-Boron forest, with breathtaking views on the Mediterranea are just a few minutes away, the beaches of Nice and Villefranche-sur-Mer are 10 minutes away by car or by bus. The apartment is served by two bus lines (30 and 33). The Port of Nice and Place Garibaldi (tram stations near the Old-Nice) are a 20-minute walk away, and from the small Riquier train station, a 10-minute walk away, you can board on regional trains that travel along the entire Riviera to the Italian border (Villefranche, Beaulieu, Menton, Monaco, and Ventimiglia in Italy). The apartment is very close to the Moyenne Corniche, a road offering spectacular views of the coastline all the way to Monaco. Shops (supermarkets, butcher, bakery) are also within walking distance. This apartment is our vacation home, but during the listed availability dates we would be happy to welcome any guests who want to explore the city/region or work in a quiet environment. We recently renovated it while keeping family furniture and books that we are happy to make available to guests. It has an entrance hall, two bedrooms (one with a double bed at the quiet rear of the apartment, with a desk, the other with two bunk beds that are suitable for children), a very bright living/dining room with large bay windows and a sofa bed (sleeps 2 guests), a large terrace where you can have lunch or dinner (large table and electric barbecue), a bathroom (walk-in shower + toilet) and another separate toilet, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook and where you can also eat. Bed linen is provided, and the apartment is equipped with fiber optic internet and central heating. Beds are available up to 6 people. A parking space in the private parking lot of the residency may be available if you have a car. The rent includes all utilities (electricity, water, heating, internet).
