We are looking for professionals who need a fully furnished apartment with all amenities similar to a hotel. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and faces the back yard, while the smaller bedroom has a small full sized bed and also faces the back yard. There is a bathroom between the two bedrooms, and a large living/dining room right next to the open plan kitchen. The back yard is open to use and there is an entrance into the apartment from both front and back of the house. There is no washing machine or dryer, but there is a laundromat up the block. We are also up the block from local supermarkets and shops and within walking distance to some nice restaurants, pizza shops and even an old school ice cream parlour and old school chocolate shop. Trader Joes is located less than a 10 minute drive away, a shopping mall less than 15 minute drive away. There are great links to public transport all within walking distance away (J train 5 minute walk away, E/F trains 20 mins walk away, LIRR into grand central 10 minutes walk away which only takes 15 minutes to get to midtown once on the train). If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood, close to nature and still close to many amenities, this is the neighborhood for you.
