My wife and I worked at UC Berkeley for several years. This beautiful home allowed us to live in the Lamorinda area (best public schools) and take an easy commute to work. The scenic drive takes just 20 minutes and the fast BART less than half an hour. Orinda is a welcoming community with a weekly farmer’s market, lots of dining options and a classic old time theater. Whether you work in the city (our home is a 5 minute walk from Orinda BART station, a 30 minute ride from San Francisco) or in the East Bay, it is the perfect location. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is ample space for a large family.

Comments: The house is a 5 minute walk to downtown shops and the transit (BART) station. UC Berkeley is a mere 20 minute drive or BART ride. San Francisco is 30 minutes away, and the wineries of Napa valley a mere hour's drive.
