Both with room-darkening shades. Downstairs, you'll find another room, flexible third space with en suite bath (can be used as guest room or office). Plenty of closet space and dressers. French doors open to the deck and yard. We have a large deck, as well as a grassy area that includes an avocado and a persimmon tree. All three bedrooms, living spaces/common areas, deck, front and back yards are available to guests. Laundry (washer, dryer) is in a closet in the hallway off the living room.
