Looking for a calm enviroment suitable for academic work from home

I am a research fellow at the Leibniz-Zentrum Moderner Orient in Berlin. I work in Berlin and commute from Halle (Saale). I will be leaving for a fellowship in the United States, and during this time we would like to rent out our home. The house was designed especially for academic work and is fully equipped with everything needed—there is no need to purchase anything. Ideally, we would be happy to rent the house to a fellow academic—whether a PhD student, postdoctoral researcher, or professor—who would like a quiet and comfortable space to focus on research and related work in Germany. The apartment is 75 m² and was renovated in 2025. It includes one kitchen, a living room, an office, and one bathroom. It is ideal for a couple, with space for one child, and comes fully furnished. The apartment is located close to the train station and is very well connected: 5 minutes by train, 10 minutes to the city center. Leipzig can be reached in 30 minutes, Magdeburg in 50 minutes, Berlin in approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes, as well as other neighboring cities.
