Spacious and convenient sublet on Smith College campus

I am looking for a responsible subletter to take over my faculty apartment while I'm on sabbatical in the spring and during the summer break. This apartment is large, fully furnished, and conveniently located a short walk (5-10 mins) both from Smith College and downtown Northampton. The apartment is the entire first floor of a two-story house, and includes access to free laundry in the basement and a designated parking spot behind the house. Parking, electricity, heating, water, and WIFI are included in the price of rent. The apartment features 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and closet space. One bedroom is currently furnished as a bedroom with a king bed. Another is furnished as a dining room, but could be easily converted into an office or bedroom (air mattress available). The third bedroom is currently being used as a storage room for clothes, but is large enough to fit a king bed and would be emptied before subletting. The Amtrak and PVTA bus stops are within walking distance (10-15 minutes). Woods and lakes are within cycling distance. Mountains, including the Berkshires, are within driving distance. Northampton town has a good music and arts scene, and has plenty of shops and restaurants--all of which are accessible on foot from the apartment. There are many other small towns in the surrounding area, and MassMoCA, Tanglewood, and Jacobs Pillow are not terribly far. Boston and NYC are within moderate driving distance, and also accessible via public transport.
