Comments: Required: My housekeeper is available to clean the garret every other Saturday at 4:30 pm. He charges 20 euros per hour, so I'd ask you to pay him for 2 hours of cleaning every two weeks, 40 euros total.

Comments: This 6th floor garret has an elevator to 5th floor, then a short flight of stairs to the 6th. There is an affordable gym with gorgeous Art Deco swimming pool 2 blocks away. And an all-purpose Health Center five blocks away. Close to Île St-Louis.

Comments: Paris garret, quiet, light, great location steps from Seine. Full kitchen, study w/skylight & horseshoe-shaped desk. Bedroom w/Pantheon view. Bathroom w/shower. Single mature tenant only. Ideal for writer, scholar, flaneur. Prefer a 3-month rental.
