I am recently retired physician who is looking for a professor or professional family who is interested in leasing my home which is in a very convenient location to the University Of Illinois with close shopping and easy access to many amenities in town. Children are welcome. School is close by. Home is well equipped, quiet and comfortable with up-to-date appliances and quartz countertops. There are trees in the neighborhood and on the property and a lovely garden to look at. Neighborhood park is attached to the backyard. Grass will be cut, but will need help with picking up leaves in the fall. Responsible tenant is important.
