My partner and I are opening our 3rd bedroom for short-term sublets in our 3BR/2.5BA apartment in the Elysian Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. This spot is an easy downhill stroll to the restaurants, vintage stores, and coffee shops of Echo Park and a long gradual incline stroll back home. The house is 20 minutes from Downtown Los Angeles, 15 minute walk to Elysian Park, 10 minutes from Silverlake or Dodger Stadium. We are close to three different grocery stores. There are lots of secret stairs in this neighborhood. And at night you can hear the owls. The spacious, 1800 square foot apartment is on the second floor of a duplex. It's equipped with a dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, fridge, newer appliances and a double sink vanity. The apartment gets great light and also features a deck with a fantastic view of Downtown and the hills and is surrounded by trees. There is ample street parking. The available room is furnished and the quietest in the house. You’ll have your own full bathroom. About us: We’ve been in this spot for 6 years. We both travel for work and sometimes we will both be home. Sometimes just one of us will be here. And sometimes, you’ll have the whole place to yourself. We love to cook and bake so there may be treats around for you. We each have our own office space.
