Perched on top the Point Loma peninsula, 5 minutes drive to the bay or the ocean beaches. Urban but calm with pleasant temperatures all year round due to the breeze and the San Diego climate. The neighborhood of Roseville is elegant, safe, and with local traffic only. Nazarene University, the Wooded Area, and La Playa beach are at walking distance. Liberty Station is a 5 minute drive away, a beautiful park with a theater, restaurants, grocery stores, art centers, gyms, movie theaters, yoga studios, and mini special events, concerts etc. The guest house is completely independent with a private access to the street. There is no garage but parking in the street in front of the hose is never a problem. This guest house used to be a very large open loft and we separated the bedroom area with 2 partition walls for more privacy. It has a very large mirrored closet, a queen size bed, a mid century commode, and lots of storage. The bathroom has a large opaque window overlooking abundant tropical vegetation, a large tub, a large shower, and a European wall mounted toilet. The washer and dryer are in a separate area near the bathroom. The kitchen has a gas stove, a microwave, an air fryer, a dishwasher, and enough dinnerware and utensils for 6 people. The island top is marble encrusted with large fossils and has a bar counter area with 3 bar chairs. The living room has a double deep sitting sofa, a TV on a very unique piece of furniture, a rug, a dining table with 4 chairs, a full wall of sliding glass doors facing the panoramic view of the bay, the city skyline, and the garden. The garden is good for entertaining with a table for 4 with an umbrella, a gas stainless steel barbecue, a large stainless steel sink al built in, and a fire pit. The entry from the street to the guest house wheelchair accessible. The garden beyond the patio has steps.
