18th Floor View of the River

Description

For the winter holidays I am subletting my new apartment (just renovated, where I just moved in) in the Upper West Side. It faces the river and Riverside Park. Since it is on the 18th floor with no building in front, it has plenty of the most precious resource in NYC (sunlight), and you can see the view at different hours of the day in the last three pictures posted (no filter!). It's a one bedroom that for me, alone, feels even too big. For a couple it is perfect. It is equipped with a dishwasher, the washer and dryer are just upstairs, and there is a gym in the basement -- and you're welcome to use my treadmill, so at least someone will use it. I created a home office facing the window, also in the pictures. Doorman and security 24/7.
