Parks. * 1 hr to Orr Hot Springs. The house is cozy and quiet and there are no neighbors in site. However, we are in a neighborhood with paved roads and it is a quick drive to get to the closest towns if you need anything or want to be around people. Otherwise, this is a great place to forget the rest of the world exists. The house I surrounded by the Redwood forrest yet gets plenty of both afternoon and evening sun. We have a fire pit and outdoor seating. We have a heater in the bedroom and one in living area along with a wood burning fireplace. There is cured hardwood stacked on the porch. We have a smart TV that you can use to access your own apps by logging in or you can use it as a monitor for your computer. We have a bluetooth speaker. There are yoga mats and bolsters for you as well. The soaking tub is great and we have an on demand hot water heater so no worries about running out of hot water. Our water comes from a well so it is clean and delicious with no chemicals.
