I am looking for a clean, quiet, mature graduate or post-doc student, or a faculty or staff member, who works full-time outside the home, and keeps shared spaces clean and tidy. My previous roommate/tenants have been international post-docs at medical/dental schools and professional university labs. The building is quiet, mostly owner-occupied, professionals, artists, and families. No parties, pets, or loud noise after 11pm. Rent is $1850/month and includes all utilities (heat, hot water, gas stove, electric, wireless internet, air conditioner, and free use of shared laundry facilities right across the hall). Apartment is a 15 min. walk to BU Medical Campus or bike ride to MGH.
