Advanced whole-home air filtration assures you will breathe clean air no matter the outdoor air quality. Access from the main street, situated in a private garden area. Centrally located in the Hawthorne/Clinton/Division Street neighborhood. Walking distance to groceries, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, even a Finnish Sauna! The space This space is mold and fragrance free. Unfortunately, it is not accessible for guests with mobility issues: there are spiral stairs to the bedroom as well as outdoor stairs from the street to the entrance. Other things to note This is a nontoxic space designed and maintained for guests with chemical sensitivity. For this reason, we cannot host guests who use fragranced products of any kind: please note that this includes laundry products and body products like lotions. For guests who struggle to find safe, nontoxic lodgings, this will hopefully be an oasis for you. Entirely scent-free cleaning products and building materials. No mold.
