Update for summer: If you are a plant lover and like to stay for at least 2 weeks this summer from Mid July onward, please send me a message. I'm still trying to figure out my schedule, and in the summer the outdoor plants need to be watered every day so I'm opening my place up for shorter term stays. And I have AC!!!! My luminous Bastille apartment in Paris with east west facing windows overlooking Bastille and the biggest fresh produce market in Paris on Thursdays and Sundays. This is a pretty big apartment for Paris at 559 sqft/. 52M2. It has a huge bedroom, living room, separate kitchen with eat in area for 4-6 people and bathroom separated from a toilet room. There are only 4 units in the building so it is very quiet. I have weekly cleaning services that costs 45-60 Euro each time and can give you the contact when I am away. This apartment is usually available from October until Mid May. Dates flexible and stays flexible, but priority will be given to those staying for the full time, or at least 1 month, and can take care of plants. There will be other dates available throughout the year. It's on a 4th floor of a walkup (no elevator). The stairs are big though. This is my home that I've lovingly put together and have curated a lot of plants over the years. I would prefer a single responsible person who values a beautiful, peaceful home space and has a green thumb. The apartment is across the street from the 5 metro, and 4 minutes to Bastille station with the 1, 8, 5. There are tons of restaurants, bars, and the beauty of Paris around. It's a 6 minutes walk to Place des Vosges. I'm an American living in Paris for the past 5 years and I lived in NYC for 9 years before this.
