Sunny spacious family home with plenty of outdoor space in Manosque

We are a family of four, both parents academics, going abroad on a six-months' sabbatical from January. We are looking for somebody to live in our family home (and hopefully enjoy it as much as we do) while we are away. The house is built on a typical provencal model, with a large luminous hall-way, three large bedrooms (18 to 19 m2 each, two en-suite, and two with their own terrace) and a small one (which we use as a guest room), two studies, a fully equipped kitchen, a conservatory (which we use as a dining room), a mezzanine library, an interior courtyard, four terraces and a large garden with plenty of shade and room to relax and play. There are two garages, one large enough for three cars. All bedrooms, one study, the kitchen and living room have just been refurbished, and all bedrooms have wooden floors. Although it is only about one mile away from the historic town centre of Manosque, the house looks and feels like a country home. Manosque has a railway station, with direct trains to Marseille, and buses to Aix TGV (we both commute to Marseille and Paris respectively). It has an excellent library, a cinema, swimming pool, music school, hospital, a busy market twice a week, and all shops and amenities that one might need. It also hosts the region's only state-run international school (EIPACA), teaching in six languages from Kindergarden to High School. The countryside nearby is stunning, with the Verdon and Luberon national parks, and the southern Alps not too far off.
