We are an active empty-nest couple. I am an adjunct professor at USC, and my wife is a hospice nurse with two lovable dogs and three cats. We love our historic Craftsman home, and have created a serene space inside and outside. We are on a ¼ lot with a large front yard with large oak trees, Cacti, Agave, and other drought-tolerant plants. The backyard is a quiet refuge with a dedicated deck, shared patio, and pool.
