Description
We are both journalists, with two kids (12 and 8). We are travelling in Europe by train for 3 months from may to august 2026, so we need to rent our family appartement, and to be sure everything will goes well for us, et for you, visitors ! We are very enthousiast about Pantin, a great mixed suburb, where we raised our children, from where we go out and enjoy the proximity of the capital, where we commute to work every day. In summer, it's also a lively place with the canal, barges, bars, etc. Even though our residence and neighbourhood are quiet and peaceful. This flat is also perfectly suitable for a couple or two friends. We love cooking (welcome to France!) so the kitchen is fairly well equipped. The bathroom and toilet are new.

Comments: The garden is shared with condominium. There is a beautiful parc across the street. 7 min walk to the subway (line 5). Bike-share stations are two minutes away from the flat.

Comments: The only duty is to look after our friendly cat "Ponyo" and water our plants. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a single loft bed, and one bedroom with a loft bed and a double sofa bed. This bedroom also has a desk.
