This 4-bedroom home surrounded by a meadow has ocean views on 2 sides and is a five minute walk to the beach. It's perfect for anyone working remotely or wanting an extended retreat. Swans Island is off the coast of Mt. Desert by ferry. The island has a year-round population of 400, and summer population of 2,000. There are rocky and sandy beaches, long woodsy walks, and community events throughout the year. The house is fully furnished with a large comfortable open kitchen/dining/living room. There is one store on the island, so some shopping has to happen off island or by delivery. There's a town library. The house has a large "rec" room, excellent for yoga or other practices. There's strong wifi.

Comments: There is one store on the island - it sells the basic, and is a ten minute walk from the house. People usually go off island every other week for a large shop. Great place to work remotely!

Comments: The house has ocean views on two sides. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, 3rd floor has one bedroom and sleeping loft. Strong wife throughout the house.
