2 Bedroom Furnished Condo in the Glebe

I am looking for a tenant that would like to sublet my place for 1 year as early as July 1st, 2026. This is my favourite space in Ottawa that I have ever lived in, both in terms of the condo itself and the location. I was born and raised in the city. The condo is precious to me, and it has been carefully decorated and well taken care of. I am looking for someone who will take care of it like it is their own. The building It is quiet, and each condo is unique and has different design. They are some of the only condos I’ve seen that are spacious, open and don’t feel claustrophobic. I have kind, friendly and respectful neighbours and I feel safe. Prime Location The condo is in the Glebe. This makes for cozy fall and winter walks with stunning views of architecture and the smell of wood burning fireplaces. It is 5 minutes from Dows lake and there are multiple additional parks within walking distance. I love the accessibility to nature, but also to a quaint urban neighborhood with amenities and shops within walking distance. It is also 3 minutes from the highway and while it is central, commuting to the east or west end feels easy and smooth. It is close to Carleton University and University of Ottawa.
