Fully furnished garden suite in Kitsilano character home, near UBC

The house is centrally located in Kitsilano, near several beaches and near Point Grey. The bus ride to UBC takes 10 minutes and the busy stops 3 blocks from the house. The walk to nearby beaches and large park areas (Jericho beach and park) takes 5-10 minutes and Pacific Spirit Regional Park is ~20 minute walk. All major public transit bus lines that take you downtown and to UBC, Main Street/Commercial Drive and surrounding areas in Vancouver are a few blocks away (5 minute walk). Local shopping, coffee shops, and restaurants is walkable and conveniently located nearby. The neighborhood is quiet, green, welcoming and family friendly. Walkability score of 97 allows you to get around easily without a car. Bike rental stations by the city are nearby. Our 2-bedroom garden suite is downstairs in our house (we are a family of 4 and we live upstairs). The suite has a separate entrance and is equipped with all appliances and kitchen items needed. We are looking for friendly, responsible, clean and tidy tenants who are looking to rent our furnished garden suite temporarily. We currently prefer 1 month rentals, but will entertain weekly rentals as well. Ideal for visiting researchers or professionals who need a temporary space while visiting Vancouver. The suite is best enjoyed by maximum 2 adults. The 2 single beds in the second bedroom can be stacked as a bunk bed, creating space for a desk/office space we can provide. We will adjust availability as it changes.
