Writer's Adobe House in Tepoztlán, Mexico

I'm a novelist and translator who has lived in this house for 35 years. It's a traditional village house made of adobe and from the outside it's indistinguishable from all the others on the street, but once you get inside it's a whole little paradise. Relatively quiet (this is Mexico, and there are roosters crowing and cars rumbling, though not many on our street), the house has everything a writer or academic could need. Fully equipped with most appliances (microwave, juicer, blender, oven, etc.) and beautiful clay tableware and blown glassware, lots of room to choose from, both indoors and out.
