Historic Artist's Home in Northern Tuscany - 30 Minutes from the Sea We offer our light-filled, characterful home built in 1809, nestled among medieval structures once belonging to the noble Malaspina family in the mystical Lunigiana region of Northern Tuscany. Just kilometers away, Dante found refuge and wrote passages of the Divine Comedy in this very landscape. The nearby Gulf of Poets inspired the English Romantics - Mary Shelley conceived Frankenstein here, while Byron swam these legendary waters. The House (ideal for 2-4 guests):
