Private Bedroom + Bathroom in a 3-Bedroom Condo

Hi! I have a three-bedroom, 2-bath condo near Downtown Providence. Would be happy to rent out the guest room and private bathroom to one tenant for the forthcoming academic year. About me: I'm a Writer, Editor, and Professor who co-owns this unit with my husband. My husband will be away for the coming year so you will be staying with me and my very adorable and timid cat. The unit is furnished and comes with all amenities. Your rent includes utilities which covers your share of Wi-Fi, Electricity, Hot Water, and Gas. Would prefer someone staying the entire duration of the academic year, but would be open to short-term stays (2-3 months) on a case-by-case basis. About you: You are ideally a post-graduate student or visiting faculty hoping to stay in the city for the academic year or term semester. You can clean up after yourself and keep the areas you use largely mess-free (I understand and empathize with some chaos.) You are comfortable with a cat in your vicinity and are non-allergic. You would be open to feeding my cat once a day if I'm away on a work-trip (I have to go once a month and rarely longer than 2 nights.) You will not be bothered if you are busy and I can always arrange an alternative feeder. You are comfortable with Indian food cooked in the kitchen and you're open to taking your shoes off at the door in this Asian household. You are welcome to share the office with me for private calls / meetings.
