I’m Annabelle — a long-time Silver Spring resident, small-business bookkeeper, and grandma who still plays a mean game of pickleball. I work from home much of the day and cherish the calm, community feel of our HOA neighborhood. Expect a welcoming smile, prompt communication, and plenty of local tips on transit, gardens, and trails. I’ve hosted visiting interns before, and I treat each guest the way I hope someone would treat my own kids on their journeys: with respect, privacy, and genuine care. The tenant I’m hoping to match is a quiet, conscientious professional or academic—perhaps on sabbatical, a fellowship, clinical rotation, or remote work assignment—who values a restful space after busy days on campus or in the city. You appreciate tidy living, are non-smoking, drug-free, and comfortable with a one-month minimum stay. Single occupants or responsible couples are welcome (sorry, no pets).
