I’m offering my well-located, spacious, and cozy home in the 11th arrondissement to fellow travelers, researchers, writers, artists, and anyone who values calm, light, and lived-in comfort while being in Paris. This is a fully equipped, newly renovated apartment tucked on a quiet courtyard street just a few steps from Canal Saint-Martin and Place de la République . The location is exceptionally well located and is served by 5 metro lines; Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, as well as Bastille are only a few metro stops or walking distance away. The flat itself is over 60m2 large. It consists of a fully-equipped open kitchen and dining area that can accomodate from four to eight people. A separate walk-in study and closet functions as a quiet workspace — ideal for writing, editing. The living room is cozy, has two comfortable sofas, full of light. It is equipped with a video projector and bluetooth speaker to enjoy cinema and music. Above it, there’s a loft bedroom, accessible via a wooden ladder. It offers a comfortable double sleeping space for visiting friends or children tucked under the roof with a skylight on a low ceiling. The main bedroom is simple, cozy and quiet, with a quality queen mattress (140cm wide), bed table and drawers for personal affairs. Everything is clean and functional, has been fully renovated two years ago, including the modern bathroom with spacious shower with strong water pressure. The flat is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, very large refrigerator, microwave, iron, printer, optic fiber WiFi, bluetooth speaker, and video projector. This apartment has been my home for over two years and has since hosted writers, artists, filmmakers, researchers and I will be delighted to host you and offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is located on the third floor without elevator, but arrangements can be made to help with bringing the luggage up.
