Child friendly. Massive backyard with BBQ & fire pit. 2 minutes walk to the F/G subway, door to door our house to Manhattan in less than 15 minutes. President Street Carroll Gardens 2 minute walk to F/G subway stop (our house to Manhattan in less than 15 minutes) TLDR: 3 bedroom 1.5 bathrooms BACKYARD: 🌳 Massive backyard & garden with dining table, sunlounge, bbq & firepit + kids bikes & toys 🔥 MAIN BEDROOM: King bed + standing desk + couch THIRD BEDROOM / OFFICE: Standing desk + office set up (optional queen air mattress for this room for additional fee if required) SECOND BEDROOM: Twin bed + armchair + another twin mattress if needed (proper mattress but no bed frame) LIVING ROOM: DINING ROOM: Dining table that seats 8 OUTDOOR GARDEN: Table that seats 8+ people / outdoor couch / outdoor fireplace + charis etc Main BATHROOM: Hairdryer, straightener etc Half bathroom: downstairs KID FRIENDLY!
