Description
Apartment building is not suitable for young adults (undergraduates), but has graduate students and faculty living there. So someone who enjoys a quiet building would be great. I have included a link to the Downtown Mall to indicate the variety of restaurants, theaters, stores readily available. Charlottesville has a rich music and food culture, much of which is on the Downtown mall. (The apartment entrance is right by the Blue Whale Bookstore.) It is a short walk to UVA, but a free shuttle stops right behind the apartment which takes you to all parts of UVA. Comments: There is ample free parking located by the building. So in that sense, it is very easy to use a car. We have used street parking for 3 years with no concerns.

Comments: The apartment main window is a french door with glass panels. The windows look out into a skyroof that runs through the building. So looking up, you see the skylight, looking down, you see into the bookstore.
