I am a semi-retired theatre director, who has taught as a guest artist in different universities in Canada. I was born in Portugal but was raised in Montreal. Am very open minded, love the arts and nature. I rent my property on occasion to those who will cherish it.

Comments: This rate is for the 3 bedroom house. There is a separate annex that can also be rented for an extra 600 Euros. per month. All utilities are included, however tenants must leave 2 full tanks of gaz upon leaving the property.

Comments: Tenants will have to hire our usual cleaning lady every 2 weeks to upkeep the property. A security deposit will be required. The house is safe for small children although the garden has many stone walls and stairs, so supervision is required.

Comments: The property sits in an immense, mature garden, which is a true sanctuary. The village of Penedo only has a small café and restaurant. All shopping can be done in nearby Almoçageme. Amazing beaches and enchanting treks in Sintra forest.

Comments: This my second home. It has been lovinlgy renovated with top materials. It sits in a huge 4 acre, mature garden. It has breathtaking views and is a small world in itself.
