This is a luxury, top floor 2-bedroom condo with full amenities and excellent city and garden views that is centrally located. Although it is in the city, it is a quiet residential area. The condo is within close distance by public transportation from the University of Tokyo and Waseda, Sophia, Chuo, Toyo, Seitoku, Toho and several other universities (within 15-30 minutes). You can also enjoy quick access from Narita and Haneda Airports, and to all of Greater Tokyo via the JR Yamanote and JR Keihin-Tohoku train and Nanboku subway lines. Sightseeing, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores and parks are within walking distance. The owners of the home usually reside in Nagano. However, we maintain this condo in Tokyo because we sometimes need to go there on business. Since this is our family's personal home and we stay there regularly, we can promise that you will find it equipped with all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. We meet all of our tenants face to face on arrival, and will maintain regular contact with you during your rental in case you need anything. We welcome individuals, small groups or families. Children are very welcome. Generally we rent for a minimum of 28 nights. Please inquire for shorter stays. The property is owned by an international couple with extensive travel and study abroad experience and we are happy to welcome guests from around the world. We look forward to hearing from you!
