We're a family of 3 who will be traveling during the summer of 2026 and would like to find someone -- a couple or family of 3 or 4 -- to enjoy our home while we're gone. We love our house and it's location. The wonderful Sellwood Park and the river are 3 blocks west and our shopping street is 3 blocks east. We have great food within a few blocks including a bakery, coffee shop, brewpub, and tons of restaurants. Our favorite grocery store, New Seasons, is also just 3 blocks away. You'll have use of our bikes and possibly of our car. There's also plenty of public transit taking you anywhere in Portland. Our yard includes a patio full of plants -- we definitely want to find someone who will take good care of our plants. Daily watering is required. Our house was in the New York Times 'The Hunt' column a few months ago -- here is the link: https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2025/11/20/realestate/portland-oregon-home-sale.html
