Beautiful hillside home with incredible views!

I am looking to sublet my 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with an attached art studio from June 1-Sep 30. (Beginning and end dates are slightly flexible; pls. inquire.) The house is lovely, light-filled, and clean, with beautiful views off the tiled deck. Al fresco dining. There is a front and side yard with lemon and fig trees to sit under and harvest from...and a very new studio that is perfect for photography, editing or working at desk-related activities. (please no wet mediums, painters or sculptors). There is also a downstairs library filled with art books that can be an office or a guest room with a bathroom attached. Perfect for a single person or a couple, or a family with one child. There is new plumbing, Central AC/Heat, good Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washer/dryer; but it is a house built in 1939, with small little quirks that come with that. This price includes all utilities and free street parking right in front of the house. Almost every guest that has stayed here has had a beautiful experience, and that makes me happy; my priority is good energy and kind communication. House will be professionally cleaned before your arrival, and I ask that you have it professionally cleaned before your departure.
