I'm a Professor at NYU, as is my wife. We have two young children. We go to Europe for July and August. This apartment is fantastic and located in a unique area of lower Manhattan that surrounds you with trees, parks, playgrounds right outside your door and windows. Peaceful, spacious, sunny.
