We are looking for respectful visitors to live in our lovely, sun lit, beautifully decorated, two-bedroom condo with hardwood floors throughout and newly renovated bath. Our condo is in a professionally managed building, and the rent Includes a dedicated off-street parking space, hot/cold water and fast wi-fi. Electricity is billed separately, but we can accommodate by adding it to the rent. We also have a shared laundry downstairs as well as a cute garden area on the ground level. Our place is fully furnished. We have a big flat screen television in the living room with an Xfinity streaming box and an air conditioning unit in the wall. Both bedrooms have TVs, queen-sized beds, desks, lamps, chairs, dressers, and window air conditioners. The kitchen has a full-size stove/oven and a refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker as well as all utensils, pots/pans/glasses/cups/mugs/ plates etc. All linens are provided (sheets, towels, pillowcases) and we also provide an iron and ironing board. Starter laundry pods, dish pods and cleaning supplies are provided, but if you wish to have a cleaning service, we can arrange it for an extra fee. Our condo is near both Porter and Davis Squares (an 8-minute walk in either direction) in Cambridge, MA. We have wonderful places to eat and drink, including great local coffee shops and restaurants. There is also Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Target, CVS, and Panera within a short walk. There are several parks within walking distance where you can run or have a picnic! We are close to Massachusetts Ave, which is a major artery that can take you all the way downtown or to the suburbs. Several bus lines stop across the street. We are also an 8-minute walk to the Porter or Davis Square Redline MBTA ("T") stop. The redline is the best subway line to be near because every stop is another cool new adventure, so although you will have a dedicated off-street parking space, no car is needed. Harvard and Central square stops take you to the Harvard campus where there is a lot to do. Kendall/MIT is the high-tech corridor and has the MIT museum, wonderful! The Charles/MGH stop takes you to Mass General Brigham hospital campus or you can walk to the Hatch Shell where they have concerts, or you can hang out on the banks of the Charles River. The Copley stop has Trinity Church, Hancock tower, and Old South Church. South Station stop has Amtrak across the street which can take you to Maine and beautiful Old Orchard beach. JFK station takes you to the John F Kennedy library.
