Amber Lake Studio is a semi-detached private space on a 2.5 acre lakefront property at the top of a mountain but close to all of the area's attractions, which include beautiful hiking, swimming, and skiing as well as an increasingly long list of excellent eating and drinking options that are 10 min away in either direction (sandwiches from The Walk-In! Wine from Upstream Wine & Spirits! Dinner at The Junction or The Debruce!) We are looking for a responsible renter to enjoy our curated space with flexible terms (30-day minimum stay; 3-6 month stays; 1-year lease). More details below: The open plan design of Amber Lake Studio includes a custom kitchen that is drenched in sunlight and features vintage Japanese earthenware and Le Creuset cookware. Here you’ll find every appliance and convenience you need but scaled for perfect balance with the small and cozy layout. The living room includes a vintage Roche Bobois couch as well as a record player and Internet TV; it flows into the bedroom, which features a queen-sized bed, naturalist drawings, and a punchy accent wall. The laundry room houses an air mattress and portable crib, available for guest use. Don’t overlook the bathroom with its fern-themed wallpaper, and a custom green penny-tile walk-in shower with Prestige fixtures. PLEASE NOTE: The studio has its own private entrance and is separated from the main house by locked doors, but the outdoor space - which includes dock access, and use of boats - is communal when owners are on property.
