The house is spacious inside and out and has 4 bedrooms: 2 doubles (1 ensuite) and 2 with single beds, and a family bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is a spacious kitchen-diner opening up onto the patio and garden, and sitting room with fireplace, and a further sitting-room/office. The garden has a nice dining area, and a trampoline and other children's games if required. There is a garage with storage space and a garden office if needed (please let us know if you need garage and/or garden office). There is space for a car in the driveway and on street parking (with a permit) if required. We are close to walks in nearby Mincinglake Park and the Stoke Hill community shop. There is a bus on Rosebarn Lane into the city center, or this is walkable. We are also only 10 minutes walk from the Streatham campus of University of Exeter and just up road from Stoke Hill Infant and Junior Schools. Our neighbours are friendly and helpful if you have any issues. We could have a biweekly cleaner on Thursday mornings, as well as a gardener coming monthly (grass may appreciate a cut in-between!) if needed. We would be very grateful if you could care for our collection of houseplants. Utilities can be negotiated.
