Description

I am a professor at CU Boulder looking to rent out my single-family house in North Boulder. The house is close to the foothills, to open space with great hiking and biking trails. You can be on campus and downtown within 10-15 minutes by car, bus, or bike. Restaurants, cafes, and fantastic bakeries are in walking distance. The place is great for a couple or a small family who want to live close to campus and downtown, but also want to enjoy the great outdoors and a quiet neighborhood. The house has an open kitchen, dining and living area, and a powder room on the first floor, a master bedroom with king-size bed, two additional rooms (used as offices) and two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub) on the second floor, and a loft-style finished basement with a queen size bed. A futon-bed is available to turn the second office upstairs into a third bedroom. The backside patio has beautiful foothill views and offers additional space for outdoor dining and relaxing in the sun.
