Notes: There is a central AC to the entire building controlled by a thermostat that automatically turns on and off according to outside temperatures, but guests do not have direct control of the thermostat (though this has not been an issue in the past and the temperature can be adjusted upon request). The unit is below another unit and occasionally there will be noise from the upstairs tenant walking, as in a normal apartment building. Guest will have access to laundry room that is shared with the upstairs tenant.
