Near Campus Visiting Scholar/Faculty for academic year 2026-27

The ADU unit is private, quiet, clean, and gets plenty of natural light. The bedroom is spacious and the windows look out onto an orchard with beautiful blossoms in the spring. The hosts are kind, courteous, and friendly. There's no laundry in the unit, but that can be arranged by contacting the hosts, who are very responsive. The kitchen, while on the smaller side, is more than suitable, with an inductive cooktop and large fridge. It is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood on a very walkable street, fairly close to UCSC's campus. A short 4-5 block walk to the bus, which runs 10minutes to campus one way and 10minutes to downtown the other. With a car, commuting is a breeze. A lovely place to stay while visiting Santa Cruz!
