It's on a corner lot, has a quiet front porch, and a large veranda out back with views of Mt. Beacon. There's a backyard with a flower and vegetable garden and a fire pit. The first floor has an open kitchen, dining room and living room, a half bathroom, and a wood burning stove. The second floor has three bedrooms. There is one full bathroom with a tub. The main bedroom has a queen bed, a closet, and and it's own half bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin bed and a large closet. The third room is set up as a kid's bedroom. The third floor is an attic loft-like space. It's very rustic. We use it as a bedroom, office, and media room/hang out space. It has a projector with a movie screen, a king-sized bed, a big desk, and a couch. It's insulated with all-natural sheep's wool. The entire house has brand new mini-splits — A/C in the summer and heat in the winter. It also has a secondary gas boiler system for heat in the winter. The house would be great for a couple — either alone or with several children. It's very cozy and safe. Everything here is very convenient. Lots of light year-round. Super quiet. Great quiet neighbors. Multiple parks, biking trails, breweries, bars, restaurants, Fishkill Creek and the Hudson River — all within walking distance.
