Hi and welcome to our wonderful spacious loft situated under the roof in a private villa of 1889 in the old garden district of Berlin-Zehlendorf. A wonderful you out of the French balcony and a big playground for your kids in just 5 minutes to walk is the right surrounding to spend Berlin summers in a relaxed way. The apartment offers 2 Bedrooms and a spacious 50 sqm living room with another couch for the 5th and 6th guest. A small desk is provided under a tiny desk under the roof and life will take place in the big living room. Restaurants, underground and railway station are in walking distance.
