We can also convert it to a sunny home office with a standing desk and Gigabit internet. The home has two separate comfortable living areas (one with a TV, one without) as well as a charming dining room and kitchen. The home has easy on-street parking and a fully fenced in front yard. The backyard has well-developed raised beds and a rainwater barrel, if vegetable gardening and Virginia's long growing season interests you. The street is the entrance to a popular local playground with multiple play structures, sports fields, a gentle kid-friendly creek on the Rivanna trail system. We are 1 block off streets with dedicated biking lanes. The house is a 20-min walk or a short bike ride to the University of Virginia-- and you'll pass a few coffee shops and restaurants on the way.
