Cozy, Fully Furnished Basement Apartment in Vibrant Toronto Neighbourhood

We are a Toronto family of 4 looking to rent the basement apartment of our home on a non-permanent basis. We live at the property and will be sharing the rear entrance and mudroom which leads to the private basement suite entrance. We also have a small dog (Boston Terrier) who is friendly and has regular access to the backyard so a dog-friendly tenant is a must (although the basement itself is pet-free). Use of the backyard is not included in rental of the basement, as our family will be using it regularly in the warmer months. We have lived here since 2021 and have fallen in love with the neighbourhood which has so much to offer! Vibrant night life, delicious restaurants, and extremely easy access to the TTC which can take us anywhere in minutes (there is a subway stop on our street)! There are also numerous Bikeshare locations within walking distance. I am an artist and my partner is a postal worker. Our kids are 15 and 13, so no screaming toddlers or babies will be living above you. We are looking for a friendly, quiet, non-smoking person or couple to enjoy all that our amazing neighbourhood has to offer. We are a quiet family, however please keep in mind that it is a basement apartment so you may hear our footsteps despite our best efforts. And although we are very personable people, we value our privacy and we will respect yours in kind.
