We are looking for a tenant for an apartment within walking distance to Yale University and YNH Hospital. No smoking, vaping, or parties, quiet and clean. We are fully furnished, and have a shared washer and dryer. Bi-monthly cleaning at the tenants cost, we provide linens and towels at your cost. Must sign agreement, provide references, agree to and pay for a background check for mid to long term stays, and pay a deposit. This is an architect renovated apartment, 4 mins walking to Yale, and in the heart of Downtown NH. We typically rent to visiting professors, researchers, those on sabbatical, fellows, and people coming to Yale. If you need a 2 bedroom or something else, please ask us too.
